limited tablesabsent restaurant
the gym facility was not available and i found the grab and go food setup inadequate. there were few tables available, though the bar area remained unused until 5pm. additionally, a restaurant was absent, it caused further inconvenience. i was not satisfied with this aspect of my stay.

the location was acceptable for broadway shows.
The billing process was not good. i booked with a teacher discount online, but it was not honored at check-in. also, they held an additional $150 per night on my credit card, which filled it up. at checkout, there was a $77 charge from a bar tab my family never used. I am still waiting for it to be removed.

The location is very good. It is close to Time Square. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. I liked there were coffee and two bottles of water. I had a room on the top floor and it had a nice view.
The room have no mini fridge to keep drinks cool.

This hotel offers excellent access to major attractions. Several subway stations are nearby. Guests can easily explore various parts of the city from this central spot, and access to transportation is simple.

The staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel provides very good attention. I felt the check in process was very smooth. The front office team was very accomodating, and it was very easy to communicate.

The room had coffee and two bottles of water. Breakfast facilities offer a good selection of pastries and drinks. The bathroom is stocked with ample soap and other amenities, i felt that was really nice.

check-in was smooth, and parking were convenient. the room was spacious, this allows movement and accommodation of belongings. i found good quality coffee and tea selection. i liked the office space and chair in the room, that helps with business.
the hours for grab n go were awful. this is a big issue with the volume of people in the hotel.
